Welcome to Snatch Social. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Snatch Social mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "App") operated by Snatch Social Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Snatch Social.
• By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Facebook Login and Permissions

You may choose to log in using your Facebook account. When you do, Snatch Social only requests access to your basic profile information (name and profile picture) and email address for the sole purpose of creating and authenticating your account.

• We will never post on your behalf or access your friends list.
• You can revoke Snatch Social's access at any time from your Facebook account settings.

Use of Facebook Login is governed by both these Terms and Facebook's Terms of Service.

3. Use of the App

By using Snatch Social, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
• Respect other users and refrain from harassment, hate speech, or sharing illegal or offensive content.
• Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Not use the App to distribute spam, scams, or malware.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the App.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.

4. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content (photos, videos, messages, etc.) you upload to Snatch Social.
• By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the App solely for its intended functionality.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it complies with applicable laws.

5. Event Listings and Deals

The App may display events, promotions, or deals from third-party venues or promoters. Snatch Social Pty Ltd does not own or control these third parties and is not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or conduct.

• Participation in events or use of deals is at your own risk and subject to the terms set by the organiser or venue.
• Snatch Social accepts no liability for losses, injuries, or disputes arising from third-party offers or attendance at events.

6. Payments

Some features (such as tickets or premium listings) may require payment. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers, and all purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. We do not store payment card details.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any interruption or loss of service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snatch Social Pty Ltd and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the App;
• Actions or content of other users or third parties.

Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you have paid (if any) for use of the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snatch Social Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App, your content, or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct deemed harmful to the App or its community. You may also delete your account at any time from within the App.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and content belonging to Snatch Social Pty Ltd remain our exclusive property. You may not use or reproduce them without written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

14. EU and International Users

If you access Snatch Social from outside Australia, you are responsible for complying with local laws. Where GDPR applies, your continued use of the App constitutes consent to our processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
