Download Your Data

At Snatch Social Pty Ltd, we respect your privacy and provide you the right to access and download a copy of your personal data at any time. This page explains how you can request your data from the Snatch Social app.

Note: Your data export will include your profile information, posts, messages, event history, and other personal data associated with your account. The file will be sent to your registered email address.

How to Request Your Data

  1. 1 Log in to the Snatch Social app using your account credentials or Facebook Login.
  2. 2 Go to Settings → Account → Download Data and follow the in-app instructions.
  3. 3 If you are unable to access your account, you can submit a data download request using the form below.

Please fill in your details below so we can locate your account and prepare your data export. All requests are verified to protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized access.

Select your preferred format for the data export. JSON includes the most complete data.

You may also request your data by emailing privacy@getsnatchapp.com. Please include "Data Download Request" in the subject line.

What Happens Next

  • We'll verify your identity and confirm ownership of the account within 24 hours.
  • Once verified, we'll prepare your data export. This process typically takes 5-7 business days, but may take up to 30 days for complex accounts.
  • You'll receive an email with a secure download link to access your data export. The link will be valid for 7 days.
  • Your data export will include all personal information we have about you.
