Child Safety & CSAE Standards
Last updated: February 1, 2026
This page describes how Snatch Social Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") works to protect children and prevent Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on Snatch Social (the "App").
We have a zero-tolerance policy for CSAE and related content. We prohibit the use of our Services to create, upload, share, solicit, or distribute content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or harms minors.
1. Age Requirement
The App is intended for people aged 18+. We do not knowingly allow children to use the App. If we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, we may restrict or remove the account and associated content.
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior (CSAE)
We do not allow any content or behavior that involves minors in a sexual or exploitative context, including:
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any sexual content involving a minor, including "jokes", memes, or "suggestive" content
- Grooming, solicitation, coercion, or attempted exploitation of a minor
- Sexual extortion, threats, or blackmail involving a minor
- Requests for sexual images, sexual chats, or meetups involving a minor
- Sharing or requesting links to CSAM, or directing users to external sources for it
3. Reporting and User Feedback
Users can report abusive or unsafe behavior directly within the App. Reporting is available via:
- Message reporting: Chat → Message options → Report
- Help & support: App settings → Help & support
If you believe a user is a minor, or you suspect CSAE, please report it immediately using the in-app tools or by emailing safety@getsnatchapp.com.
4. How We Respond to Reports
We review reports and take action as appropriate, which may include:
- Removing content that violates our policies
- Restricting account features (temporary limitations)
- Suspending or permanently banning accounts
- Preserving relevant information where necessary for safety and legal compliance
Where feasible, we may also request additional information from the reporter to assist with a safety review.
5. Escalation and External Reporting (CSAM)
If we become aware of content or behavior that we reasonably believe involves CSAM or CSAE, we may:
- Remove or restrict access to the content
- Disable or ban involved accounts
- Report confirmed or apparent CSAM/CSAE to relevant authorities and reporting organisations, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and/or relevant Australian authorities, as appropriate and required by law
We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and regulators when required.
6. Safety Contact
For child safety concerns, CSAE reports, or escalation requests, contact our Child Safety point of contact:

7. Updates to These Standards
We may update these standards periodically to reflect changes in law, safety practices, or our Services. The "Last updated" date above will change when updates are published.
